Job summary

DLM PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Service Engineer (ACMV) to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise ACMV systems for clients, delivering high-quality service and reliability.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, support installation and commissioning, and provide clear service reports while coordinating with project teams, contractors, and suppliers.

This role requires good communication, safety awareness, and a hands-on problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent.
• 2+ years ACMV servicing experience.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regs, and HVAC servicing standards.
• Good communication with clients, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Servicing: perform routine preventive maintenance for ACMV systems (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, ventilation fans).
• Troubleshooting & Repair: diagnose issues, replace faulty parts, and advise on improvements.
• Installation & Commissioning Support: assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems on site.
• Client Support & Reporting: respond to service calls, provide progress updates, and prepare reports.
• Safety & Compliance: follow safety rules and ensure regulatory compliance.
