Job summary

CHARLES & KEITH GROUP in Singapore is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to oversee ACMV systems across our office buildings and retail stores. You will perform routine servicing, respond to faults, and ensure compliance with SOPs for safe, reliable operation.

The role requires hands-on experience with VRV and water-cooled chillers, plus electrical panel troubleshooting. You will be part of a team that keeps facilities running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Electrical, ACMV, Building services or related field is required.
• Knowledge of ACMV, VRV and cooling tower systems is essential.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the maintenance and repairing of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation including water-cooled chiller system and VRV3 aircon system
• Regularly carrying out preventive aircon maintenance measures: Changing of faulty pieces
• Routine inspection of building
• Ensure work are in compliance to established SOPs
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring panel for office building and retail stores
• Repair and maintain lighting fixtures
• Perform troubleshooting and recommend appropriate corrective solutions
• Constantly improve the work processes
• Knowledge in plumbing and audio systems are added advantages
• Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities assigned
