Job summary

Aston Air Control Pte Ltd, Singapore, is seeking a proactive Sales/Business Development professional to grow our HVAC, ACMV and facilities management portfolio. You will build relationships with customers, identify opportunities, and present competitive solutions across B2B and B2C channels.

You will conduct site visits, prepare proposals and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while collaborating with technical teams.

Qualifications

Singapore Citizens or PR status
Professional Certificate / NITEC, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant technical qualification
Minimum 4 years of sales or business development experience
Experience in HVAC, ACMV, M&E, Facilities Management, Building Services, or Construction industry preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Class 3 driving licence would be an advantage

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets
Identify and develop new business opportunities and support sales development initiatives
Build strong relationships with facility managers, building owners, contractors, and procurement teams
Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and business presentations
Review clients' requirements and work closely with technical teams to develop competitive solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintenance contract submissions
Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling maintenance and project services
Participate in tender preparation and submission activities
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales cycle
