Job summary

Gain City Group of Companies in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Sales Director / Senior Manager to lead ACMV solutions sales across multi-split, VRF/VRV, central cooling, ducting, and mechanical ventilation systems.

You will identify opportunities, manage client and contractor relationships, drive targets, oversee project coordination, and ensure safety compliance while mentoring the sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Eng.
• Proven ACMV sales leadership and track record of growth.
• Strong client and stakeholder management in project-based sales.
• Knowledge of ACMV systems, codes, and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and develop partnerships to support business development.
• Identify and develop new ACMV opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Build client relationships, profile accounts, and gather market insights.
• Negotiate contracts, oversee project execution, and align with client objectives.
• Study ACMV drawings and perform basic engineering calculations when needed.
• Plan work schedules, resource allocation, and manpower for ACMV projects.
• Coordinate stakeholders to meet project requirements on time and within budget.
• Ensure safety standards and risk assessments for in-house and outsourced teams.
• Prepare detailed proposals and sales reports for clients and management.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve departmental goals.
