ASCENSION ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager for ACMV/M&E in Singapore.

This permanent, on-site role requires overseeing full project lifecycles, coordinating engineers and supervisors, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while meeting ISO and safety requirements. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of PM experience in ACMV/M&E or construction, with knowledge of local standards. Formación

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in ACMV/M&E or construction.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction standards and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark Assessment is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Review budgets and handover documents to ensure alignment with policies and standards.
• Manage full project lifecycle to deliver on schedule and within budget, compliant with ISO requirements.
• Guide and supervise Project Engineers and Supervisors in planning, execution, coordination and delivery.
• Monitor site progress and implement preventive or corrective actions for delays.
