Job summary

The Talent Network Private Limited is seeking an ACMV Engineer (Design) / Facility Engineer / Operations Executive (ACMV Design) in Singapore. The role focuses on designing and optimizing chiller plants and airside systems to support project acquisition and delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of experience overseeing engineers/technicians, strong ACMV design capabilities, and regional Asia exposure. Certifications (BCA Energy Auditor, GMAP/GMAAP, SCEM) are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or relevant.
• At least 5 to 8 years of experience designing and optimising efficient, cost-effective chiller plants and airside systems for projects.
• At least 5 to 8 years of experience overseeing a team of Engineers and Technicians in industrial or commercial settings.
• Experience in Regional / Asia coverage.
• Strong ACMV design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Mandatory certifications: BCA Energy Auditor, GMAP/GMAAP, SCEM.
• Good communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent, confident and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise chiller plants and airside systems to support project acquisition and delivery.
• Oversee a team of Engineers and Technicians to run daily operations.
• Engage with regional stakeholders across Asia to coordinate design and delivery.
• Drive ACMV design excellence with a focus on cost efficiency and reliability.

Our client, an well-established local MNC in commercial Air-Con industry is seeking for ACMV Engineer ( Design ) / Facility Engineer / Operations Executive (ACMV Design) - Salary: $ 4,000.00 to $ 6,000.00 + VB / 5 days work week

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Enigneering or relevant

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in designing and optimising efficient, cost-effective chiller plant and airside systems to support both project acquisition and delivery.

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience overseeing a team of Engineers and Technicians to run daily operation in either Industrial plant or Commercial Office or Retail shopping mall

• Experience in Regional / Asia coverage

• Strong in ACMV design, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Mandatory certifications: BCA Energy Auditor, GMAP/GMAAP, SCEM

• Good communication, analytical skill and stakeholder management skill

• Independent, confident and leadership qualities
