Senior Mechanical Engineer (ACMV)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer (ACMV) to lead the design, coordination, and execution of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, project management skills, and experience working on large-scale developments in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of ACMV systems (chilled water, VRV/VRF, ventilation)
• Perform cooling load calculations and equipment sizing
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Oversee installation, testing & commissioning (T&C) of ACMV systems
• Ensure compliance with local codes and standards such as BCA, NEA, and relevant SS standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Drive energy efficiency improvements and sustainability initiatives

Requirements

• Possess a minimum degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or Environmental Engineering.
• Possess a minimum diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Specialist Diploma in Building Service, or Diploma in Facility Management.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, air distribution, and ventilation design.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills.
