Job summary

LEE TECH ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Procurement/Purchaser to manage end-to-end purchasing for ACMV and construction projects, coordinating with project managers, site teams and vendors to ensure timely material procurement and cost efficiency.

You will handle PRs, POs, DOs and invoices, negotiate with suppliers, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure QA/QC compliance. Immediate availability is a plus; salary ranges are competitive and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on procurement experience in ACMV, M&E or construction.
• Familiarity with ACMV equipment and site materials is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous with numbers, organized in a fast-paced project environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Process PRs, issue POs, and verify DOs and invoices promptly.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams on delivery timelines.
• Maintain vendor relationships and conduct supplier evaluations.
• Resolve delivery delays, damaged goods, or invoice discrepancies.
• Ensure purchasing workflows comply with SOPs, budget, QA/QC.
