Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on ACMV/HVAC project experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and oversee ACMV installations, retrofitting, and maintenance to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Analyze and resolve complex ACMV system issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Prepare and manage technical submissions, progress reports, tender documents, QA/QC packages, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with local codes (BCA/SS/CP) and workplace safety policies.
