Job summary

ENVIAIRE PTE. LTD. seeks a BIM/ACMV designer to model ACMV systems in Revit, create accurate 3D representations, and produce BIM shop drawings for construction and design clarity. You will participate in site and online meetings to ensure alignment and resolve issues, applying ACMV design concepts to project planning.

Travel to construction sites as needed to attend meetings and support progress, contributing to design quality and coordination across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience designing ACMV systems.
• Ability to translate requirements into 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Model ACMV systems in Revit to produce accurate 3D representations for project use
• Prepare shop drawings and schematic diagrams using BIM to support construction and design clarity
• Participate actively in site meetings and online coordination meetings to align project requirements and resolve issues
• Apply knowledge of ACMV design concepts to contribute to system planning and implementation
• Demonstrate familiarity with ACMV 3D modeling requirements to meet project standards
• Travel to construction sites as needed to attend meetings and support project progress
