Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting ACMV BIM Modeller to support construction projects in Singapore. You will develop and maintain ACMV BIM models and prepare shop drawings, coordinating with other MEP disciplines to ensure project accuracy.

The role requires knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD, with experience in ACMV BIM modelling or shop drawings preferred. ITE or higher qualifications in mechanical engineering are acceptable.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM modelling for ACMV projects.
• Ability to coordinate with architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ACMV BIM models for construction projects
• Prepare ACMV shop drawings, coordination drawings and related technical documentation
• Update drawings according to site conditions, approved revisions and project requirements
• Coordinate ACMV services with architectural, structural and other MEP disciplines
• Assist in resolving BIM clashes and drawing coordination issues
• Maintain drawing revisions and BIM documentation
• Support preparation of as-built drawings and project completion documents
