Job summary

Assembly Works (PTE. LTD.) seeks an Accounts Supervisor in Singapore to oversee a team of preparers and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. You will review work, manage the job board across monthly/quarterly closes, and coach staff for performance.

This hands-on role collaborates with the Head of Accounting on technical issues. You will oversee onboarding, scope management, and progress updates for client accounts, and support migration from Xero to AW Books, our in-house platform,

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Accountancy or ACCA/CA/CPA (Singapore).
At least 5 years in accounting, including 2 years reviewing others’ work.
Solid knowledge of SFRS, SFRS for Small Entities, corporate tax and GST.
Proficient in Xero and Excel, open to learning AW Books.

Responsibilities

Review full sets of accounts, monthly and quarterly management accounts, and bank reconciliations.
Review unaudited financial statements under SFRS and SFRS for Small Entities, including notes and disclosures.
Review corporate tax computations, Form C-S and Form C, ECI and GST returns before client/IRAS.
Allocate jobs, set deadlines, track progress and clear backlogs.
