Job summary

CHANG SENG SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a diligent accounts rolle to manage full spectrum of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The role involves resolving discrepancies, liaising with creditors and debtors, and supporting monthly closings.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher, can work independently and under deadlines, and is meticulous, proactive, and a team player; immediate or short-notice start is available.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of AP and AR and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Identify, resolve and follow up on discrepancies and outstanding matters from operations.
• Liaise with creditors and debtors when required.
• Update and maintain audit schedules on a timely basis.
• Perform accounts reconciliations and assist in monthly closing of accounts.
• Carry out general administrative and other ad-hoc duties as required.
