Job summary

Comfort Design Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is hiring an AR Accountant to process collections (credit cards, cash, IBG, PayNow, TT), manage invoicing and AR inquiries from customers and internal teams. The role supports year-end audit activities and requires attention to detail.

Requirements include LCCI - Immediate, 2+ years accounting experience, and basic MS Word/Excel skills. Navision knowledge is a bonus. Standard 5.5-day week; hours 8am–5pm on weekdays, 8am–12pm Saturdays; 18 Saturdays off per

Qualifications

• LCCI qualification is required or immediate
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Basic computer skills in MS Word and Excel
• Navision knowledge is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Process collections across multiple modes (Credit Card, Cash, IBG, Cheque, PayNow, TT, and other digital platforms)
• Handle invoice billings, including e-invoicing in government/private portals (Sesami, Gebiz, Ariba)
• Address AR inquiries from customers and internal departments
• Run AR aging reports and customers statements of accounts
• Respond to external auditors' queries annually
