Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd, located at Eunos, Singapore, is seeking a reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. The role covers collections, invoicing, and coordination with internal departments.

You will manage AR processes across multiple payment methods, prepare ageing reports, and assist during external audits, with a pro-active and meticulous approach. Candidates with at least 2 years in AR and proficiency in MS Excel and Word are invited to apply; immediate availability

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting or Accounts Receivable experience.
• LCCI/Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma/Professional Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; Dynamics NAV/Navision experience is an advantage.
• Organised and meticulous with ability to manage multiple tasks and keep accurate records.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable collections across various payment modes.
• Handle invoice billing and e-invoicing submissions through SESAMi, GeBIZ and Ariba.
• Manage AR enquiries, ageing reports and customer statements with internal teams.
• Support external audits by providing AR information and responding to auditors' queries.
