Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage follow-ups on outstanding payments, process incoming payments, and perform reconciliations. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong communication in a fast-paced food-distribution environment.

The ideal candidate will have AR or accounting experience, be proficient in Excel, and be able to work independently or as part of a team across a 5.5-day work week at Pandan Road with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or accounting is preferred.
• Relevant experience in food distribution/ wholesaler/ food-related sector will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous, responsible, and possess good communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on customers' outstanding accounts and collection of payments
• Process incoming payments and perform account reconciliations
• Prepare customer statements and monthly account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Accounts Receivable records
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
