Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy with minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate invoices, including milestones and final close-out invoices.
• Monitor AR ageing and follow up on overdue invoices with customers.
• Reconcile customer accounts and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Apply payments to the correct accounts and investigate unapplied cash.
• Support month-end/year-end closing activities and balance-sheet reconciliations.
