Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage AP activities for entities across the SEA region, ensuring accurate invoice coding and timely processing.

You will work with the GSC AP Shared Services team in the Philippines, perform supplier reconciliations, bank reconciliations, month-end close support, and help transition AP functions to the GSC team while maintaining internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable activities for entities across the SEA region.
• Collaborate with the GSC AP Shared Services team in the Philippines to ensure accurate and timely invoice coding and processing.
• Resolve invoice and payment-related queries by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process weekly payment runs in accordance with internal controls and authorization requirements.
• Administer employee expense claims and reimbursements.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct weekly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and related reporting.
• Support the preparation of weekly cash flow forecasts.
• Assist in the transition of Accounts Payable functions to the GSC team, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
