Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable.
• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Proficient with SAP and Excel, with strong data accuracy.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and maintain data integrity.
• Good analytical skills and sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Verify outgoing payments comply with financial policies and procedures.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger and ensure postings are accurate.
• Investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly statements.
• Generate reports including AP status, aging, and forecasts.
• Assist supplier onboarding and Compass invoices verification.
• Carry out month-end closing and adjust discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Assist data migration and penny testing for ERP AP data.
• Other duties as assigned.
