Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to review, code, and process supplier invoices, and to input data into the ERP system to ensure timely payments.

The role requires a accounting degree, 1+ year of AP experience, proficiency in SAP/Oracle and MS Excel, and strong attention to detail and communication. You will collaborate with finance and procurement in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Accounting and professional qualifications are advantageous.
• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is expected.
• Must be meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle high transaction volume.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and tax familiarity (GST/VAT) is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Review invoices from vendors, verify accuracy, codes, and approvals.
• Enter invoices into the accounting system for processing.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors (checks, transfers).
• Reconcile payments with vendor statements and maintain vendor records.
• Review and process employee expense reports in line with policies.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation.
