Job summary

TDCX, a Singapore-headquartered global BPO company, is hiring for an Accounts Payable role to support monthly financial close and reporting processes. The role involves efficient tax and cash flow monitoring, orderly filing of finance/legal documents, and assisting with year-end audit schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 2 years of working experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Closing of financial accounts on a monthly basis within set deadlines.
• Monitor and complete service tax returns and company cash flow position.
• Ensure neat and organized filing of all finance/legal related documentation.
• Prepare schedules for year end audit purpose.
• Execute treasury/banking matters with the banks.
• Generate accurate reporting to the Accountant and Group Finance Director.
• Adhere to and support continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
