Job summary

Sunshine Group Enterprise (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounting support specialist to handle end-to-end invoicing, supplier and subcontractor payments, and daily financial record-keeping in Singapore.

The role involves GST-related documentation, bank reconciliations, and assisting in monthly close processes. You will liaise with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts, while maintaining meticulous filing of financial documents

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue sales invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process supplier invoices, subcontractor invoices and payment records.
• Assist in preparing payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.
• Record and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist in preparing staff and workers’ claims, reimbursements and expense records.
• Maintain accurate filing of invoices, receipts, payment records and other financial documents.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and verification of payment transactions.
• Assist in monthly accounts closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and subcontractors regarding invoices, payments and outstanding balances.
• Assist in GST-related documentation and other accounting matters, where applicable.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the management.
