Job summary

Recruit Haus Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage the full AP function in a fast-paced environment. You will processing invoices, performing reconciliations, and supporting month-end closing with accuracy and reliability.

The role requires Diploma or Degree in Accounting, familiarity with Oracle or SAGE ACCPAC, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently and with good teamwork. Immediate or short-notice start is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting or accountancy.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with stock/inventory transactions is a plus.
• Training will be provided.
• Ability to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payment.
• Perform supplier invoice verification and account reconciliations.
• Handle supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing and AP reporting.
• Maintain accurate records using Oracle or SAGE ACCPAC.
• Support stock and inventory reconciliation.
• Assist with ad hoc finance and admin duties.
