Job summary

CLARIST RESOURCES PTE. LTD. seeks an Accounts Executive to manage its Accounts Payable function with meticulous and analytical approach. You will ensure accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and strong vendor reconciliation in a fast-paced travel retail environment.

The role requires a degree in accounting, at least 3 years in AP, and proficiency in Excel. You will support internal controls, AP reporting, and audit schedules, contributing to efficient financial operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good understanding of accounting processes and controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable for trade purchases, returns, operating expenses, CAPEX, and rental invoices.
• Verify invoices, credit notes, supporting documents, and payment details for accuracy.
• Prepare and process bi-weekly payments and ensure invoices are settled within agreed timelines.
• Manage corporate card transactions, including receipt verification and GST recording.
• Prepare customs duty and tax documentation for monthly reporting.
• Prepare AP ageing reports, vendor reconciliations, and rental analysis.
• Support new vendor setup, payment term validation, and AP related reconciliations.
• Prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audit requirements.
