Job summary

SYSTEM FOUNDATION PTE LTD is seeking a capable accounting professional to manage core accounting functions, ensure accurate records and compliance, and support financial operations and business growth in Singapore.

The role covers data entry, AR/AP/GL, and document control, with an emphasis on accuracy, timely processing, and collaboration with internal teams. Immediate or short-notice start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist data entry for invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
• Manage AR, AP, and GL to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date accounting records for reporting and audits.
• Ensure proper document control and easy retrieval of records.
• Handle internal and external inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate finance and accounting matters.
• Execute additional finance-related duties as assigned.
