Job summary

SIMPLIFIED TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an accounting assistant to manage full/partial AR/AP, perform bookkeeping and data entry, and ensure codes and cost centres are in order.

You will prepare monthly customer statements, review sales data, and assist with GST filings and financial close. Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual English/Chinese are required; Autocount knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of office accounting or admin experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; accurate data entry.
• Ability to handle English and Chinese documents.

Responsibilities

• Handle full/partial accounts (AR/AP).
• Bookkeeping and data entry.
• Ensure all account codes and cost centres are in order.
• Prepare and send monthly statements of accounts to customers; follow up to resolve SOA issues.
• Review data from sales orders, invoices, credit notes, and POs.
• GST filing; quarterly reports.
