Job description

• Maintain a full set of accounts by accurately recording daily financial transactions to ensure up-to-date bookkeeping.
• Prepare basic financial reports to support management decision-making.
• Organize and maintain proper filing of accounting documents to ensure accurate financial records.
• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations and liaise with customers as required.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to support replenishment planning.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for data management and reporting.
• Apply knowledge of e-commerce sales processes across various platforms to improve operational efficiency.
