Job summary

B.P. DE SILVA JEWELLERS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage a full set of accounts for jewellery manufacturing and retail operations in Singapore. You will handle AP, AR, GL, inventory, monthly closings, and inter-company eliminations for consolidation.

Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and ad hoc reports for landlords and regulators; conduct cost and margin analyses; and ensure GST/tax compliance. Collaboration with auditors and legal advisors is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or retail industries.
• Knowledge of inter-company transactions, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, audit, tax, GST, and legal compliance in Singapore.
• Familiarity with costing principles and manufacturing workflows is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience (Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar); basic AI tools is an advantage.

• Recommend process improvements and contribute to workflow optimization across finance and operations.
