Job summary

Beauty Language Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent accounts professional to manage full sets of accounts and GST/ECI submissions in Singapore. You will collaborate with auditors and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting to support statutory compliance.

We value independence as well as teamwork, with a schedule of 5 days per week, 8:00 am to 5:45 pm, in our Singapore office. Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent and at least 2 years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience preparing full sets of accounts
• Background or Diploma in Accountancy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Demonstrate responsibility and maintain a positive working attitude

Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of accounts and financial statements to maintain accurate and compliant financial records
• Submit GST returns accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare and submit Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) reports on time to meet statutory deadlines
• Generate detailed financial reports to support auditors during audit processes
• Manage accounting deadlines effectively to ensure timely financial reporting
