Job summary

VT RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Finance Manager to oversee full-set accounting operations and ensure compliance with SFRS.

The role includes cash flow management, forecasting, working capital and treasury oversight, coordinating monthly closes, and liaising with internal and external partners. You will review financial statements, GST filings and corporate tax submissions, and lead annual audits while providing strategic financial insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance with professional qualifications (ACCA/ISCA/CPA).
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience with supervisory exposure.
• Proficiency in Xero and advanced Excel; strong knowledge of Singapore tax laws and GST.
• Strong analytical, leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-set accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Manage corporate cash flow, financial forecasting, working capital, and treasury operations.
• Review monthly financial statements, management reports, GST filings, and corporate tax submissions.
• Lead yearly financial audits, liaising effectively with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide financial insights, budget control, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting/finance team to maintain process efficiency and internal controls.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, ISCA, or CPA).
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience, with proven supervisory or managerial exposure.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel; highly familiar with Singapore tax laws and GST statutory requirements.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external advisory partners.
