Qualifications

• GCE A level or Diploma is required.
• Excel proficiency is essential for data handling and reporting.
• Candidate should be resourceful, self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Entry-level applicants are welcome; procurement experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Source goods and services by obtaining quotes, specs, and lead times.
• Coordinate with forwarders for shipment transport and storage.
• Receive deliveries, prepare shipments, communicate with clients and carriers, and track shipments.
• Manage inventory levels and order pipelines to prevent overstocking and stockouts.
• Verify invoices and delivery orders against POs for accuracy.
• Enter local and overseas invoices and GST data and raise payments before due dates.
• Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors and forwarders.
• Assist with insurance renewals and support administrative tasks.
• Perform month-end closing activities including bank reconciliation and debtor ageing.
