Job summary

Fu Yuan International Holding Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a junior Finance Assistant to support daily accounting, payment processing and data entry within a fast-paced fashion supply chain company.

The role offers exposure to procurement, logistics coordination and commercial development; a Diploma in Accountancy is required, and fresh graduates are welcome. Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential, with opportunities to collaborate with HQ and external partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or a related discipline.
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Mother Tongue.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized and willing to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
• A proactive team player who can work independently, take initiative and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare online banking payment entries based on approved payment requests, invoices and supporting documents, ensuring payment details are accurate and properly matched.
• Maintain proper payment records, filing and supporting documentation to ensure a clear audit trail and compliance with internal finance procedures.
• Assist with daily accounting and finance administrative work, such as data entry, account reconciliation support and preparation of payment or accounting schedules etc.
• Interact with colleagues from Headquarters (Operations, Sales & Marketing, Accounting etc) and external parties (Customers, Suppliers, banks etc).
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
