DIOT-SIACI ASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Junior Finance Assistant to support AR/AP processes and daily financial operations.

You will work under the Finance Manager to ensure accurate cash flow, postings, and reconciliations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance, plus internship or early career experience. Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Internship or entry-level experience in accounting or finance operations is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling numbers and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

Perform reconciliations of AR and AP ledgers against bank statements and records.
Process and allocate incoming cash receipts across client and insurer accounts.
Prepare and post journal entries in the accounting system.
Support AP invoices and AR billings with correct coding.
Assist with monthly financial reports and reconciliation summaries.
