Job summary

DEBENHO PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts (GL, AP, AR) and monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. You will maintain robust records, reconcile accounts, and support month-end closing with meticulous attention to detail.

You will prepare quarterly GST submissions, handle CPF submissions, IR21 tax clearance, and IR8A reporting, plus insurance matters, petty cash, and ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or HR.
• At least 2 years' experience handling full sets of accounts.
• Able to handle office admin and HR tasks, including onboarding.
• Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of UBS Accounting Software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts: GL, AP, AR, and monthly payroll.
• Maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare for quarterly GST submission.
• CPF submission, IR21 tax clearance, IR8A reporting, and insurance matters.
• Handle and disburse petty cash claims.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
