Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong leadership, analytical abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to produce balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Oversee daily accounting functions: AP, AR, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
• Lead, train, and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of duties.
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure strict adherence to local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls over inventory, cash, and procurement, while driving annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Own fixed asset accounting, depreciation schedules, and lease accounting.

leads the daily accounting operations, prepares full-set financial statements, and ensures internal controls and compliance with financial standards

. They manage the finance team, closing processes, and audit tasks, focusing on financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow rather than tax planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Closing:Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to produce accurate Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and Cash Flow reports.
• Operational Accounting:Oversee daily accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
• Supervision & Leadership:Lead, train, and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of duties.
• Audit & Compliance:Liaise with external auditors and ensure strict adherence to local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
