Job summary

CFE Engineers Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an accounting professional to manage general ledger, reconciliations and month-end close activities in Singapore. The role supports AP/AR workflows and GST compliance, with audits and data integrity as key deliverables.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accounting, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong Excel/SAP skills, along with GST knowledge and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in offshore oil & gas, engineering or construction industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore GST and basic statutory requirements.
• Attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage General Ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Prepare monthly closing schedules and journal entries.
• Prepare GST schedules and submissions.
• Assist with audits by preparing schedules and responding to audit queries.
• Maintain accounting records and align with policies.
• Collaborate with operations and project teams.
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform additional accounting and admin duties as assigned.
