Job summary

Our Client, a transportation services company in Thomson, Singapore, is seeking an Accountant to manage full sets of accounts for multiple entities and prepare monthly management accounts.

Requirements include a Diploma in Accounting/Finance and at least 1 year of full-set accounting experience, with familiarity in Xero and NetSuite preferred. Mon-Fri 9am–6pm, up to SGD 4,500 basic + AWS + performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• Min. 1 year of full set accounting experience.
• Comfortable handling multiple entities.
• Experience with Xero and NetSuite highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for multiple entities (AP/AR/GL).
• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and period-end closings.
• Maintain accounting records and compliance with standards.
• Oversee intercompany transactions and related party loans.
• Support system/process improvements and data migration projects.
