Job summary

SAVINO DEL BENE (S) PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support daily finance operations and ensure accurate financial records in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will engage with operations and sales teams to ensure accurate billing, timely AR/AP, and proper documentation across shipment transactions. This role emphasizes reconciliation and close processes within a dynamic logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Hands-on AR, AP, and invoicing experience.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
• Experience using SAP is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple transactions.
• Team player with good communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices based on shipment transactions and operational requirements.
• Manage Accounts Receivable by monitoring outstanding payments and following up with customers.
• Process vendor invoices and Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile customer and supplier statements against internal records.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Maintain documentation of financial transactions per company policies and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support audits and finance administrative tasks as required.
