Job summary

INSPIRE HEALTHCARE PTE LTD is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the company’s full set of accounts from day-to-day processing through month-end and year-end closing. You will work closely with management, auditors, and tax agents to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities include GL/AR/AP/fixed assets, monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, bank reconciliations, GST returns, and payroll if required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance, LCCI 3 or ACCA welcome.
• 2–3 years' experience handling full set of accounts.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS, GST and IRAS requirements.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks/MYOB or SAP).

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, AR, AP and fixed assets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing, including accruals, prepayments and journal entries.
• Prepare bank, intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process supplier payments and monitor customer collections.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns to IRAS.
• Assist with corporate tax computation and liaise with tax agents.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
• Handle payroll processing and CPF submissions (if required).
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and ensure compliance with SFRS.
