Job summary

Tempserv Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts, budgeting and analysis. The role requires a Diploma/degree and 3–4 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel and Navision skills. You will handle commission processing, FPSG and management reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should be well-organized, proactive, with high integrity and able to multi-task to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience; full set of accounts preferred.
• Well-organized, proactive and analytical.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Familiar with Navision or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Commission processing for Local Student Recruitment staff and in-country representatives.
• FPSG reporting and reconciliation.
• Management reporting including month end closing and journal postings in Navision.
• Budgeting for local entities and group; load files to Navision.
• Compliance to Edutrust, audit, tax and other statutory requirements; prepare audit reports and annual returns.
• Ad-hoc duties as required.
