Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage AR/AP, maintain the full set of accounts including fixed assets, and prepare monthly management and financial reports.

You will ensure GST compliance, liaise with tax agents and auditors, and perform ad-hoc duties as required, with working location at Bendemeer, Singapore and strict monthly closing timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
• ACCA qualification is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant full set accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GST/tax regulations
• Proficient in MS Excel with advanced functions
• Good communication, detail-oriented and accurate
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly closing deadlines

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.

• Maintain full set of accounts, including fixed assets management.

• Prepare and submit monthly management and financial reports within tight deadlines.

• Handle GST quarterly reporting and ensure full regulatory compliance.

• Liaise with tax agents to ensure timely corporate tax submissions.

• Liaise with internal/ external auditors during financial/ MES audits.

• Perform ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA).

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in full set accounting.

• With MNC background will be an advantage

• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and GST/tax regulations.

• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

• Good communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and meet strict monthly closing deadlines
