Job summary

KOA DENKO (S) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage AR/AP, full set of accounts, and monthly close. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and timely submissions in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance (ACCA encouraged), at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of GST/tax regulations. Japanese language is an advantage for HQ liaison.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent (ACCA).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant full-set accounting experience.
• MNC background is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and GST/tax regulations.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Good communication, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACCA).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in full set accounting.
• With MNC background will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and GST/tax regulations.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Good communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict monthly closing deadlines
• Able to handle stress and deliver tasks within deadlines
• Conversational Japanese language skills to communicate with Japanese-speaking colleagues and HQ will be an advantage.
