Job summary

Our Client in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented finance professional to manage full-set accounting, GL, GST, bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions and compliance with IFRS.

You will handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, prepare management reports and cash flow forecasts, support audits, and coordinate with finance team on budgeting and cost allocations. Diploma in Accounting and at least 2 years' experience required; Singaporean only.

Qualifications

• Handles full-set accounting and IFRS compliance.
• Experience with GST, GL, reconciliations is required.
• Intercompany transactions and cost allocations experience preferred.
• Singaporeans only.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts, GL, GST, bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and ensure accurate financial records in compliance with IFRS and company policies.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, prepare management reports, cash flow forecasts, financial analyses, and support budgeting and variance reporting.
• Process customer invoicing, collections, payment receipts, vendor invoices, payment runs, aging reports, and monitor cash flow to ensure timely collection and payments.
• Support internal and external audits, maintain proper documentation, prepare GST and statutory filings, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage customer and vendor master data, process purchase requisitions, verify supporting documents, and ensure correct GL and cost centre allocations.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports, process staff claims, manage corporate credit card administration, coordinate banking transactions, and assist with corporate secretarial and administrative matters.
