Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join their finance team on a 1-year contract in Singapore. Responsibilities include managing the full set of accounts, supporting the Finance Manager with GL operations, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

The successful candidate will prepare monthly journal entries, execute month-end closing, and compile financial reports. A Diploma in Accountancy and 3-4 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years relevant work experience.
• Meticulous and proactive with a positive working attitude.
• Some experience in external audit firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including GL, AP, and AR.
• Prepare and record monthly journal entries.
• Execute month-end closing procedures for financial reporting.
