Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring an Accounts Executive for on-site work at JTC Space Tuas, Singapore. You will maintain full/partial sets of accounts, assist with GST submissions, and file financial documents to ensure accurate records.

Role requires at least 1 year of accounting experience and proficiency in MS Excel. Working hours are Mon-Fri 9:30 AM–6:00 PM with occasional Saturday half-day shifts every 6 weeks. Salary includes a base of SGD 2,800–3,200 plus performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in full set accounting
• Proficient in MS Excel

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full set/partial set (AP/AR) of accounts by accurately recording daily financial transactions to ensure up-to-date bookkeeping
• Prepare for GST submission
• Organize and file accounting documents to maintain proper financial records
• Assist operation with shipping arrangement
