Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, ACCA or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to rotate roles and cross-functional assignments.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare billing and ledger entries for trade customers' and suppliers' A&P claims and expenses.
• Post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and other adjustments in compliance with SFRS and contractual requirements.
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed assets register and ledger.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve accounting discrepancies and operational issues.
• Prepare sales and management reports for internal stakeholders and management review.
• Assist in the preparation of schedules and supporting documents for statutory audits, GST submissions, and tax computations.
• Prepare compliance schedules and support submissions for statutory and regulatory requirements, including BCRS reporting and sustainability reporting.
• Support audit activities and other finance-related exercises, including stock takes and voucher management.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Review and reconcile bank accounts, statements, and related transactions.
• Calculate and verify sales commissions and incentive payouts.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
