REDA INSTRUMENTE (ASIA-PACIFIC) PTE LTD is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage full-set accounts, AP/AR, invoicing, and monthly closures in its Singapore finance team. The role supports GST compliance and payroll processing with accuracy and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting experience, Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field, and proficiency with QuickBooks/Sage/ERP and Microsoft 365. Strong communication and independence are valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, ERP) and Microsoft 365.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounts, including preparation of Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable (AP/AR), including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, including financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GST, CPF submissions, and payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Assist with audit and tax preparation.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.
