Job summary

CULINA PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage financial records, process payments, and collaborate closely with the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of finance experience, ideally in the F&B industry.

This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and offers various employee benefits including medical insurance and a progressive leave scheme. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of finance experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Fresh graduates in Accounting/Business from Poly/ITE are also welcome.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUP and MATCH.

Responsibilities

• Record and post invoices, debit/credit notes, and goods received.
• Reconcile stock-take balances to determine Cost of Goods Sold.
• Prepare Excel-based reports for assigned outlets.
• Communicate with the Operations team to resolve discrepancies.
