Job summary

Workle Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring an Accounts Executive to manage a full set of accounts across entities. You will handle AR, AP, GL, GST reporting, and bank reconciliations in a detail-focused role.

You should be independent, deadline-driven, with 2–3 years of accounting experience and strong Excel and accounting software skills. Working location is Henderson Road, Mon–Fri, with a 9am–6pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts for multiple entities (AR, AP, GL).
• Prepare and submit monthly GST reports timely.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Handle supplier verification and vendor records.
• Support annual audit and liaise with auditors.
• Assist year-end closing for multiple entities.
• Prepare government statistical surveys and ensure compliance.

Salary: $3,300 - $3,800 Basic

Job Duties

• Manage full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL)
• Prepare and submit monthly GST reports in a timely manner
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Handle supplier verification and maintain vendor records
• Perform daily collection reconciliation
• Support annual audit and liaise with auditors
• Handle year-end closing for multiple entities
• Prepare and submit government statistical surveys
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
