Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounts, including AP/AR/GL and reconciliations, with GST compliance and financial reporting duties. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance and is proficient in Excel and accounting software.

The role is based at our West – Jurong location with Monday–Saturday, 5.5 days workweeks. The salary offers up to SGD 4,800 base, plus AWS and a performance bonus, in a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience handling full sets of accounts independently.
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting practices, GST, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and year-end closing, management accounts, and financial reports.
• Manage invoicing, payments, collections, and cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare GST submissions and ensure compliance with accounting and tax requirements.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules, accruals, prepayments, and accounting records.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant external parties.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Maintain proper documentation and support other finance duties as required.
